Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on the selected method at checkout:

• Free Shipping: Delivered via Ground Shipping (2-7 business days).
• Priority Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days.

 

For International Orders, delivery may take up to 3 weeks as shipments are sent from our international warehouse. Customs clearance times can vary depending on the destination country. In some instances, your country's customs may require a clearance fee, which is the responsibility of the recipient and not covered by us.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Silk Road Store warrants to the customer that the product is free of defects in materials or workmanship and will provide credit or a free replacement of any defective item for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions set forth below.

All product/s complaints received within thirty (30) days of receipt in its original packaging, with all accessories and attached insert/s, are subject to free replacement, provided that proof (photo and/or video) is/are provided. After (30) thirty days, all complaints will require additional evaluation and coordination with the Silk Road Store Support Team. If a lifetime warranty is granted, the customer is only responsible for shipping and handling costs.

This warranty is only valid if the product was assembled and maintained as directed. This warranty is null and void if the product is:

• Used in conjunction with other products that are incompatible with the product;
• Altered or tampered with;
• Damaged as a result of an accident, unreasonable use, neglect, abuse, or misuse, or for reasons unrelated to defective materials or workmanship; including, but not limited to, cracked or broken units
• Submerged in water;
• Damaged as a result of improper installation and/or battery leakage;
• Damaged as a result of poor service and/or attempted service;
• When it is used in a way for which it was not intended;
• Purchased from an unauthorized dealer or distributor;

Unused and unopened products purchased from Silk Road Store are eligible to be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your product is eligible for a return, you will be responsible for shipping charges which are non-refundable. if your item has been opened or used, additional evaluation and coordination with the Silk Road Store Support Team are required.

All returns are subject to a 10% disposal/restocking fee.
